Interested persons can also enroll in our business presence membership to gain access to our growing business community in Cyprus! 

SOHO is a safe and friendly environment for your pets and we would be more than happy to meet them! 

When you rent an office space or a coworking space, you are issued a keycard which grants you 24/7 access to our office buildings. If you choose a hot desk or a business presence membership, you have access during operating reception hours (from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)

SOHO offers flexible contract durations to accommodate your business needs. 

Private Office and Dedicated Desk memberships are available on a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month rental length. 

Hot Desks are available by the day, week, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month rental length. 

Interested parties are able to rent a workspace for a term longer than one year should they be interested. Such queries are handled on a case-by-case basis.

YES! Members can upgrade their workspace at any time during the contract period. We are here to adapt to your professional needs and make your business journey as successful and stress-free as possible.

All SOHO members on a dedicated desk or private office workspace membership receive 24/7 access to the building using the key cards provided. 

Members on a hot desk or business presence membership receive access to the workspace during reception hours (Monday – Friday 7am – 6:30pm)

Have you forgotten your keycard at home and it’s after work hours? Don’t panic! It is encouraged that all SOHO Members have downloaded the SOHO App for scenarios just like this: If you’re locked out of your SOHO office, check the ‘Community’ section in the SOHO App. Then, select ‘Network.’

Booking meeting rooms has never been so easy with the SOHO App! Members receive access to the SOHO App directly after move-in once they have returned their onboarding form. Book a meeting room in just a few easy steps using our Meeting Room Guide.

Members can enjoy a selection of FREE gym classes in the SOHO Gym in just a few easy steps. 

  1. Scan the QR code on the gym posters around the office.
  2. Select the classes and dates you wish to attend 
  3. Purchase your FREE ticket in the SOHO App for your chosen gym class
  4. Finalize your gym class bookings

Yes! Members of SOHO Office Space receive exclusive rates on our event venues and catering services when hosting an event at SOHO Office Space. SOHO can accommodate any occasion: birthday parties, summer BBQs, wedding receptions, business meet-ups, product launch parties, networking drinks, and more!
